New York, 1849. Catherine is a lowly seamstress on the set of Forrest’s Macbeth, but she once worked for his English rival, Macready. When Forrest asks her to be his spy, undermining Macready’s production from within, it seems like a fun way to please her idol. It might even help her break into acting...

 

Then Forrest ignites class tensions. New York’s warring gangs unite behind him. Rioters fill the streets, followed by the army.

 

Catherine has one day to stop the city burning - and keep her lover alive.
